today for my reading calss we have to watch any videos and then we have to explain what the story was about. And I pick Pania of the reef and it about the girl name Pania and the man name Karitoki the girl always watch him and Karitoki feed the girl so that she won't come back back, and the man and the girl and married. And then the boy never see her anymore.

Structure of the earth

The earth structure it consists of the crust, Mantle and Core it consists of all kinds of rocks, soil and everything we see above the earth’s surface. The crust that is the land which we walk is almost three times thicker than the crust under the oceans. And it extend to about 25 miles. The earth’s crust floats on the layer which called the mantle it is made of thick, solid, rocky substance and amounts to about 85% of the total mass of earth.

Once upon a time there was a successful hard working farmer.

He lived with his wife in a small Samoan house (faleo’o) in the rural area
in the island of Upolu.
He worked hard everyday to grow a big plantation of taro
banana yams and ta'amu.


The plantation grew well and people started to buy from them.


 Unfortunately they have no truck to deliver their products to the market.       


Finally they have enough money to buy a small truck that helped them and they get rich.

The other main cities of Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton are where the majority of the remaining Kiwis dwell. Since before Sir Ernest Rutherford ‘split’ the atom early in the twentieth century, Kiwis have been discovering and inventing things. Many of these inventions have literally been created in a backyard. While frozen meat, the Hamilton Jet boat, and the bungy jump are probably our most famous Kiwi inventions, there are many others.For the same reason that many visitors come to New Zealand, Kiwis have developed a passion for the outdoors and delight in activities that make the most of the spectacular landscape. 

With so much coastline, it’s little wonder New Zealanders love the water and it’s reputed that over 15% of New Zealand families own their own boat.  Respected as superior yacht designers, Kiwis continue to dominate on the world yachting, kayaking, windsurfing and rowing scene.

Hiking, camping, fishing, bush and beach walks are other popular outdoor pursuits. The more intrepid take to the mountains; following in the footsteps of perhaps the most adventurous Kiwi, Sir Edmund Hillary, who conquered Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain, in 1953.Māori were expert hunters and fishermen. They wove fishing nets from harakeke (flax), and carved fishhooks from bone and stone. They hunted native birds, including moa, the world’s largest bird, with a range of ingenious traps and snares. Māori cultivated land and introduced vegetables from Polynesia, including the kūmara (sweet potato). They also ate native vegetables, roots and berries. Woven baskets were used to carry food, which was often stored in a pātaka — a storehouse raised on stilts. 

While Māori lived throughout the North and South Islands, the Moriori, another Polynesian tribe, on the Chatham Islands, nearly 900 kilometres east of Christchurch. Moriori are believed to have migrated to the Chathams from the South Island of New Zealand. In the late 18th century, there were about 2000 Moriori living on the Chathams. However, disease and attacks from Māori saw the numbers of this peace-loving tribe become severely depleted. The last full-blooded Moriori is believed to have died in 1933.

Why we go to school

Why do we go to school?

Why do we go to school? So that we can meet some of the new people
and make some new friends  so that we can learn something new
from school and so that we can do something for our family  

and so that when we grow up and we can have to help our family and 

put some new things inside the family.  There are many reasons
we go to school. The main reason we attend school is to gain the
skills and education needed to live autonomously and successfully.
School also teaches us social skills we will need in our future lives
and careers. ... Public education teaches us how to collaborate effectively
with others.  And so that the teacher has to tell us something and we
have to come to school to earn something for our family.  Not only
is it a good habit to learn from an early age (it will help us students
when we come to have a job later in life), but being on time is also
important for us because: it helps  us students settle into the
school day well, with everybody else. It helps them make and keep friends.
It improves self-confidence. career they would like to pursue when they
grow older. When those students transition to elementary and high school
they begin to gravitate towards a certain discipline and when they finally
make it to college a discipline may be chosen and pursued. But school does
not only prepare you for your future major, it prepares one for the real world.
The stress, time management, and the priority making begins in the classroom.
Students are given homework in order to complete before certain deadlines,
prioritize specific assignments and activities.

     The third reason why I go to school is because school helps develop
networking and social skills. Students are surrounded by students in the
classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, and lunchrooms so students have no
choice but to socialize and garner friends throughout their educational career
the relationships that are made during school are relationships
that will help others get things that would be more difficult if that
student had not made those friendships. Moreover, by going to school
one will inevitably learn something throughout their years in kindergarten
and elementary, especially high school and college, if attended, compared
to someone who does not pursue a higher echelon of learning. For example,
someone who attends school 5 days a week, 8 hours out of the day for 9
months will retain a significant amount of information compared to someone
who does not have education being imparted on them.

     The fifth and final reason why one should go to school is because school
helps develop interest for extracurriculars. For example, people who attend
school have the capability to participate in after school activities.
That student can develop a talent in dance, football, chess, math club,
and many other extracurricular activities, thus, showing it is important
for one to go to school.

    One will now realize that education is a key tool in life and its successes.
School is a method of growth and expansion of character and will continue
to have reasons why one should go to school. 

X-country

On Monday we have a x-country  and we have to start form the little kids and there are 4 house colours there are red, blue, green and the last of all is yellow. We have to race who is in the team won to the race and  after we have to do  2 laps and 3 km  and when it comes from the year 7 girls we have  to run the hole school and we have to go out side from the gate and after we have to come from the year 7  boys and year 8 girls and the last one is the year 8  boys and we have fun on the cross - country and some people say x-country  is good for us because it makes your  body good   my  aunts  say we don't   have to eat to much because  if you run  the side of your side it heard  and after  if you get won we have to go and drink and  after we don't have to go home early because we have to stay in the class and wait when the bell ring and that  what we do on cross - country  work in a team be nice
